Thomas Crick extends a hassle-free return policy to its esteemed customers, embodying a commitment to customer satisfaction. Within a span of 7 days from the delivery date, customers can initiate a return or exchange request for products that fall short of their expectations. The returned product should maintain its pristine condition, accompanied by its original packaging, invoice, and tags.

For our valued registered customers, the return or exchange process is streamlined through the user-friendly interface. Simply navigate to the Order History, select the relevant order, and click on the "Return" button for the specific item. Fill in the required details and choose the "Replacement / Refund" option to generate a Return ID, with confirmation sent to the registered email address.

Guest customers, on the other hand, are encouraged to reach out to our dedicated customer support team via email to facilitate their return or exchange requests.

Upon acceptance of the return request, Thomas Crick takes the responsibility of retrieving the item(s) directly from the customer. The refund or replacement process commences only after the product is successfully received.

It is pertinent to note that replacement is contingent upon stock availability. In instances where a replacement is unavailable, the customer will be promptly refunded.

Refunds are processed with the utmost efficiency, either to the Thomas Crick Wallet or the original payment method, as per the customer's preference. The entire refund procedure is initiated within 7 working days post-receipt of the returned product(s). Customers are urged to peruse the return and replacement policy diligently for a comprehensive understanding.

It is imperative to mention that this policy exclusively caters to customers within India, and unfortunately, international customers cannot avail themselves of exchange, returns, or refunds due to prohibitive shipping costs.

Thomas Crick recommends customers to ensure the proper fitting of their leather shoes on a carpet before venturing outdoors or onto rough surfaces. All returned items must be in impeccable condition, retaining their original packaging. Regrettably, returns will not be accepted if the leather soles show signs of wear, damages, dirt, breakage, tearing, or have rashes.
