Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy | Thomas Crick India

At Thomas Crick, we understand that you want your new shoes on your feet as soon as possible. We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly to addresses across India.


1.1 Delivery Scope & Serviceability

India-Wide Shipping:

We ship to almost every part of India. We partner with India's leading courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Pincode Verification:

While we cover most of the country, some remote locations may not be serviceable. You can verify if we deliver to your area by entering your Pincode on the product page or at checkout.

Note: We currently do not ship internationally.


1.2 Shipping Costs & Methods

We offer free standard shipping across most of India.

COD availability is subject to Pincode serviceability.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on your location. Regions near our warehouse hubs are delivered in 3–5 business days, while the rest of India may take 7–10 business days, and Northeast & J&K may take 10–12 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected during public holidays, festivals (Diwali, Eid, etc.), or extreme weather conditions.


1.4 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and packed within 24–48 hours of placement.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM (IST) are typically dispatched the same day.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an Email and SMS/WhatsApp notification once your order is confirmed.

1.5 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure smooth delivery for Cash on Delivery orders:

  1. Please provide a valid mobile number.
  2. If we are unable to reach you for confirmation, the order may be cancelled.
  3. Please have the exact cash amount ready for the delivery executive, as they may not carry change.
  4. Note: We do not accept OD (Open Delivery). You cannot open the package before making the payment.

1.6 Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners typically make three attempts to deliver the package. If you are unavailable on all three attempts, or if the address/phone number is incorrect, the package will be returned to us (RTO).

  • Prepaid RTO: If a prepaid order is returned to us, we will initiate a refund (minus shipping charges) or arrange a re-shipment upon request.
  • COD RTO: Accounts with high COD return rates may be restricted from using COD in the future.

1.7 Damages & Issues

Damaged Package:

If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Ask the courier to mark it as "Refused due to damage" and contact us immediately.

Wrong/Defective Product:

If you open the box and find the wrong size or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
